Our menu is made up of dishes from Chef Anthony's family experiences and heritage, bringing you the most incredible flavors from all over the world.


Appetizer Platter

Frijoles con crema served with tortillas, fried queso fresco, mini sombreros, dumplings, and mini taquitos.


Fried pork belly served with Nicaraguan slaw and sour cream.

Spanish Fried Calamari

Tossed with salsa and banana peppers. Served with garlic aioli.

Asian Skewers

Marinated Asian beef tender grilled and served over sweet potato fries. Drizzled with balsamic hoisin and a side of garlic aioli.

Refried Nicaraguan beans served with crema, fried egg, queso y tejadas.

Mini Sombrero

Tostones topped with pork, cheese, beans, salsa, and sour cream.

Masita de Cerdo

Fried yucca and pork with red onions. Sauteed with garlic oil and lemon.

Korean Chicken Wings

Chicken wings tossed with red and green onions, lemon juice, bleu cheese crumbles, and korean hot sauce. Served with a side of ranch dressing.

Chorizo Nachos

Authentic refried beans, blended cheese mix, Colombian salsa, and homemade chorizo, toopped iwth sour cream and pickled jalapenos.

Black Bean Avocado Cakes

Cuban black beans mixed with lemon and avocado fried with panko. Served with salsa and sour cream.


Seared Ahi tuna, avocado, red onion, and tomato in a sesame soy chili sauce over spring mix and topped with seaweed salad. Served in a crispy tortilla bowl.

Shrimp & Lump Crab Rangoon

Served with hot & sour and an orange sauce.

Jibarito Sliders

Our take on mini Cuban sliders - Tostones topped with pork belly, Cuban aioli, tomatoes, red onions, avocados, and pickles.


Nicaraguan hot sauce available upon request with each Latin dish.

Camarones con Salsa

Shrimp sauteed with white wine, red sauce, onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Served with rice, beans, and plantain.


Cuban beef bolognaise sauce served atop a bed of hot rice accompanied by beans, tortillas and plantain.

Vaca Frita

Pulled flank steak and Spanish onions hard seared in infused garlic oil. Finished with lemon juice. Served with rice, beans, and plantain.

Tostada de Lechon

Cuban pork served between two cruncy tortillas with beans and mozzarella topped with lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. Served with beans, rice, and plantain.

Chancho con Yucca

Juicy Nicaraguan pork atop sweet and creamy yucca. Finished with pickled cabbage slaw. Accompanied by side of beans and plantain.

Chorizo con Queso

Loose chorizo mixed with rice and two sunny side up eggs to cream the rice. Served with homemade crema, feta, beans, and plantain.

Bistec Milanesa

Beef tender pounded thinly, breaded with panko and topped with a tomato basil sauce. Baked with layers of ham, salami, mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Served with beans, rice, and plantain.

Cerdo Asado

Grilled pork tenderloin served over cuban rice mixed with beans and bacon finished with pickled jalapeno cream sauce.

Tallarines y Chorizo

Chef's homemade chorizo sauteed with lo mein noodles, baked with queso fresco. Topped with crema and served with tortillas.

Puerto Rican Lasagna

Lasagna made with plantains in place of noodles, a bolognaise with mozzarella, and feta. Topped with Swiss cheese and finished with sour cream. Served with rice, beans, and plantain.

Lechon con Mojo

Classic Cuban pork marinated in mojo (white wine and lemon juice), sauteed with savory caramelized onions, and garlic. Served with rice and beans.

Pollo a la Plancha

Pounded chicken breast sauteed with caramelized onion, white wine reduction, garlic, and mounted with butter. Served with rice, beans, and plantain.

Ropa Vieja

Pulled flank steak in a tomato basil red wine reduction, sauteed with caramelized onions, green pepper, and garlic. Served on a bed of rice with beans and plantain.

Pollo Milanesa

Blackened Salmon

Fresh 5 oz Chilean salmon served over Puerto Rican mofongo, and topped with fresh pineapple slaw in a crisp tortilla bowl. Served with moro rice.

Plantain crusted grouper, creamy lemon sauce served with rice and Cuban beans.

Corn tortillas filled with Asian pork and Chef's original Korean spicy salsa.

Tacos Pastor

Corn tortillas filled with chancho pork, topped with juicy pineapple chunks, red onion, lemon lime juice, and hot sauce.

Red onion, white onion, and cilantro marinated with limes and olive oil served with Nicaraguan or Cuban pork.

Nappa cabbage, carrot, seaweed, pickled cabbage, and pickled cucumber, over rice. Topped with sauteed bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, choice of protein, and a sunny-side up egg. House Salad

Iceberg and spring mix blend with tomatoes and cucumbers. Choice of ranch, oil and vinegar, bleu cheese dressing.

Curry Wedge Salad

Fresh wedge of iceberg topped with bacon rubbed in honey, brown sugar and curry. Served with a sweet onion marmalade with bleu cheese dressing.

A traditional Spanish dessert made with cream cheese to create a creamy, savory custart-like dessert. Baked in house daily.
