For the Sunday Brunch menu you can start with the Samba Toast which are four French toast triangles with scrumptious sliced strawberries and served with strips of apple wood smoked bacon for $7.25, or their famous fajita chilaquiles which are two over easy eggs on a bed of tenderloin and tortilla strips sauteed with a special roasted tomato sauce and all garnished with Monterrey cheese for $8.75, or even the huevos rancheros which are two eggs on a bed of corn tortillas with a roasted tomato sauce and black beans, bacon and hash browns for $8.75.
